Old Violin

Although I do not know the exact age (there is no label) it clearly isn't modern and may be antique. Purchased in 1991 for approximately £350, the instrument was used daily between 1991 and 2001, including overseas tours. It has not been used as much since then, but is in good condition given its assumed age with a reasonable fingerboard and bridge and the sound post is in place. It could do with restringing and perhaps a general service and would improve further with more playing. The reason for sale is that I do not have the time to play these days with a young family.
