Romeo and Juliette Fantasy

A worn, German printed copy of the mid-19th Century Belgium composer Jean Baptiste Singelee's Fantasy based on Gounod's Romeo and Juliette opera. This is one of the lesser know and less-available of Singelee's more than 40 fantasies for Violin with piano accompanyment.

The book is in used condition with well worn edges. Separate violin and piano parts are included. The book  was not originally bound, so the pages are loosely inserted inside the cover. The spine has been taped at some time.

The book is large format at 11 inches X 13 3/4 inches (280mm x 346mm) so it is bigger than the Post Office's Large Letter format and might not fit easily through a letter box.
